If you are not completely
satisfied with your UkeLadyMusic.com purchase and would like a refund
or exchange, please e-mail or call 214-924-0408 within 72 hours from
receipt of your order to receive a Return Authorization code.
- Refunds/credit will not be given for items returned
without a Return Authorization Code.
- Refund/credit/exchange requests even for alleged product
defects will absolutely not be honored past 10 days from receiving
your order.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and
include all factory packing, and documentation.
- All returns for reasons other than damage will be inspected
for use, wear, and user damage before a refund/credit is issued. Merchandise
not meeting the acceptable criteria will be returned and no refund/credit
will be given.
- Absolutely no books or recorded media will be accepted
for return unless it is defective - and we will replace it directly
in such cases.
- Kits and Specials
- Kits and Specials must be returned as a whole and
cannot be separated.
- No substitutions or modifications permitted
for Kits and Specials.
- Absolutely no vintage instruments will be accepted for
return.
We charge a restocking fee of 10%
of the merchandise returned.
We will not issue refunds/credit for shipping charges.
If you ordered through PayPal, we
cannot return the fee that PayPal has charged us for handling your credit
card. Generally this is 2-3% of the total order.
If you ordered through PayPal, we will return your refund
via PayPal. We will not send you a money order when your purchase was
via credit card, and we cannot directly credit your credit card.
Ship all items authorized to be
returned well-packed, insured and return via the same method we shipped
the items to you. (Example: If we shipped to you via Priority Mail, you
must return authorized goods via Priority Mail.) Do NOT ship items to
us via UPS or FedEx. Show authorization code on the package label.
a. We will not refund or credit for items received from
you that have been damaged in
shipping due to your packing them poorly.
b. We are not responsible for lost packages.
c. We are not responsible for the cost of returning an item back to
us.

Due to expensive credit card processing fees, shipping fees and other
expenses we incur while handling your order, returns void of manufacturing
defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
